A wet basement can come from a dozen different sources, and we trace yours back to the real cause before recommending any fix.
We've walked into plenty of London, OH basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
A wet basement is often caused by more than one contributing factor, and we address the combination, not just the obvious symptom.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to London, OH construction styles and soil conditions.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
Every London, OH Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
This is the most common fix for London, OH basements with a consistently high water table.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
Chronic basement moisture creates conditions for mold growth, and part of our repair scope is getting humidity down to a level that doesn't support it.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
Repairs are completed according to the written scope, and we test the system — pump, drain flow, or injection — before considering the job done.
